摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion conductive low molecular electrolyte which has high ion conductivity equivalent to conventional organic electrolysis solution for a lithium ion secondary cell and is superior in ion conductivity. SOLUTION: By mixing fluorene shown by the following formula (1) or its derivative with a lithium source such as metallic lithium and so on, in non- proton organic solvent to form a complex with lithium; the ion conductive low molecule electrolyte which has fluorene shown by the following formula (1) or its derivative as a component, and in which at least one part thereof formed a complex with lithium, is constructed (In the formula, R1 -R10 are independent respectively and represent hydrogen, hydroxy group, alkyl group or carbonyl group. All R1 -R10 may be the same or different.).
