PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system that can immediately distribute an incoming recording during disabled communication to a mobile terminal (portable terminal) whose communication is enabled and quickly release registration of an incoming recording request. SOLUTION: A mobile communication exchange 3 receiving an incoming recording request special number transmission from the mobile terminal 1 registers an incoming recording request state to an HLR 4, and records the incoming recording to the mobile terminal to an incoming call information management server 5. When the mobile terminal whose communication is disabled moves from out-zone to in-zone, or power of the mobile terminal is applied, the mobile terminal automatically transmits an incoming recording inquiry signal also used for position registration. The exchange receiving the signal transmits electronic mail to the mobile terminal via a mail server 7 and the mobile terminal visibly displays the electronic mail. The incoming call recording request is released by manual release by transmission of a specific number, or automatic release after a lapse of a prescribed time after the incoming call recording request, or automatic release at the reception of the incoming recording inquiry signal (incoming call recording distribution).
