PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the plane dimension of a quartz vibrator structure small by making an internal electrode and an external electrode of a quartz vibrator are connected electrically to each other without providing a through hole to the box body. SOLUTION: By using a frame enclosing the quartz vibrator as a part of the electrode, the internal electrode of the quartz vibrator is made to be connected electrically to the external electrode provided to the box body without using a through hole. Consequently, there is no necessity to use the through hole, so that the plane dimension of the quartz vibrator structure can be made small.
