PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analog/digital conversion circuit with a simple circuit structure capable of reducing influence of circulating noises on audio frequency output signals. SOLUTION: An analog/digital conversion circuit 1 is provided with a dead time control circuit 3 for adjusting balance between the time for turning on an output FET7 on the high side and the time for tuning on an output FET7 on the low side. More precisely, in the dead time control circuit 3, time constants R1 and C1 which are determined by a resistor R1 and a capacitor C1 connected between input and output terminals on the positive side is set to be different from the time constants R2 and C2 determined by a resistor R2 and a capacitor C2 connected between input and output terminals on the negative side.
