PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To validate or invalidate a pressure reduction function by simple operation. SOLUTION: In a pressure reduction mechanism part 6, a lid 20 for closing the upper end opening part 15b of a spring cover 15 in the state of water tight over an adjustment screw 16 can be attached to and detached from the upper end opening part 15b in the state of reversing up and down. A means 28 for forcedly pressurizing and holding a pressure-displacement transducer 13 in the state of opening the valve 5 is formed at the reversing surface 20b of the lid 20. In the case of a water leakage test, the means 28 pressurize-holds the pressure-displacement transducer 13 in a valve-opening direction to forcedly open the valve 5 in the valve-opening direction.
