PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent offset toner in fixing from sliding out of a thermister, etc., or soiling the front end of paper at a separation claw. SOLUTION: An oil quantitative restricting means is provided in order to prevent a fixing roller from being excessively coated with silicone oil with which web is impregnated, which causes offset toner to slip out of place or soiling the front end of paper.
