PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a plurality of members from individually shifting in position owing to a shock of a fall, etc., by increasing positioning precision. SOLUTION: A battery storage box 9 is provided with a couple of positioning pins, with which respective members, i.e., a 1st circuit board 10, a frame 11, a 2nd circuit board 12, and a display unit 13 are positioned in the battery storage box 9 and also positioned in a rear case 3. Consequently, the positioning precision can be made higher than when all the members, i.e., the battery storage box 9, 1st circuit board 10, frame 11, 2nd circuit board 12, and display unit 13 are individually positioned and even in case of a shock of a fall, etc., the couple of positioning pins 19 can prevent the respective member from shifting in position.
