The mortar is a phosphomagnesium mortar comprising a phosphomagnesium binder containing a phosphorus compound and a magnesium compound, granular elements, and water in a E/L ratio less than 0.38, E representing the amount of water and L the amount of magnesium compound, and whereof the fluidity is at least 150%. |
