<p>PURPOSE: Provided are unsintered soil blocks used as revetment blocks at waterway improvement work requiring strength, durability, waterproofness, freezing and thawing-resistance, dimensional stability and environmental affinity. CONSTITUTION: The soil blocks comprise the components of: 60-80wt.% of natural soil, 5-10wt.% of quick lime for increase of strength arising from combining of soil; 15-30wt.% of blast furnace cement; 1-5wt.% of natural mineral materials, obtained from firing ores containing SiO2, Al2O3, SO3 and CaO, and grinding, with water tightness, waterproofness and self-healing; the balance of iron oxide for improving oxidation of organics in soil, and pigments.</p> |
