METHOD FOR FABRICATING ETCHING STOPPER OF LCD

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating an etching stopper of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to prevent an afterimage according to the signal delay of the LCD. CONSTITUTION: A gate electrode(1), a gate insulation film(3) and the first semiconductor layer(4A) are formed on a transparent insulation substrate(1). A negative photoresist film(7) is formed on an upper portion of the first semiconductor layer(4A). The negative photoresist film(7) is exposed in its rear surface and is developed to form a negative photoresist pattern(7A). An insulation film for forming an etching stopper(8) is formed on a result object. The negative photoresist pattern(7A) is removed to form the etching stopper(8).
