PURPOSE: A form installation structure for placing concrete at an underground tunnel excavation work is provided to heighten space utilization, and to place lining concrete and to excavate an underground tunnel simultaneously. CONSTITUTION: The form installation structure for placing concrete at an underground tunnel excavation work comprises the steps of: attaching bolts to a steel rib and a cross beam(2) by welding; installing many flat forms(3) in an interval between the steel rib and the cross beam(2) to make both ends of the flat form(3) on the steel rib or the cross beam(2); closing up a gap of a joint where the flat forms(3) are connected by a fixing shape steel(5); and fitting a fastening hole of the fixing shape steel(5) to a bolt, then fastening with a nut to fix the flat form(3) firmly to the steel rib or the cross beam(2).
