PURPOSE: Provided are biological treatment system and method for treating odors and VOCs using fluidized bed reactor, wherein the odors and VOCs are absorbed in an absorption tower and decomposed in a bioreactor, and wherein microbe bed capable of fixing microorganism is introduced to the bioreactor to maintain clusters of the microorganism. CONSTITUTION: The biological treatment system comprises an absorption unit(1) for absorbing odor and volatile organic compound and a bioreactor(4) for decomposing the absorbed odor and volatile organic compounds using metabolism of microorganism, wherein the bioreactor(4) is supplied with oxygen enriched with air using oxygen enrichment device.
