PURPOSE: Provided is a production process of copperplate carving using photo corrosion which uses copper as a main material so that it helps to block harmful electronic waves with producing sterilizing effect. CONSTITUTION: The production process of copperplate carving using photo corrosion comprises the steps of: (i) cutting the copper plate as constant size and making upper surface even; (ii) producing a film designing pictures, signs, patterns or so on around a carving photo; (iii) coating the copper plate with photosensitive solution and drying at normal temperature for 20-30 minutes; (iv) letting the film(3) closely placed on the copper plate in vacuum state; (v) radiating ultraviolet ray to the film for 3-4 minutes; (vi) eliminating the film from the copper plate and washing the copper plate to remove the photosensitive material from designed photo part; (vii) letting the copper plate precipitated into a vessel(6) to allow designed line part to be eroded in an engraving way; (viii) drawing the copper plate from the vessel, washing the coated photosensitive material by water and drying at normal temperature for 20-30 minutes; (ix) coating the depressed part on the copper plate with ink and drying at normal temperature for 20-30 minutes; (x) coating the copper plate with the transparent paint and drying at normal temperature for 20-30 minutes; (xi) laying a rubber sheet(7) under the copper plate and allowing a drypoint(8) to carve concave groove along edge of the photo; (xii) allowing a metal pen(9) to rub a convex line and swell only part of the copperplate photo; (xiii) letting the drypoint press a concave line of a photo again and drawing a line, with making the copper side even; and (xiv) putting the copper plate into a frame or adhering it to a wall.
