PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing rolling oil on the surface of strip is provided to effectively suck in thus remove the rolling oil on the surface of the strip by using rotating scraper and magnets. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for removing rolling oil on the surface of strip comprises a driving part(80) comprising first gear(19) fixed to disk type bracket, second, third and fourth gears(20,21,22) rotationally gear connected to the circumferential surface of the first gear(19), first and second rotation plates gear connected to the outer circumferential surface of the second, third and fourth gears(20,21,22) by sliding blocks(26), a recovery pipe(34) connected to the lower part of an oil pan(27) fixed to the disk type bracket, semicircular arc shaped second magnets fixed to the upper part of the disk type bracket, and semicircular arc shaped first magnets fixed to the lower part of the disk type bracket; a rolling oil recovery part(90) comprising a recovery body(61) which is inserted between the sliding blocks(26), to the upper side surface of which a scraper(62) is adhered, and to the upper surface of which parallel brushes(70) are adhered, third magnets(67) which are adhered to the opening part of the recovery body(61) in a rectangular shape, and on which a plurality of holes are formed, and circular fourth and fifth magnets rested in the plurality of holes formed on the third magnets(67); and a rolling oil suction part(100) comprising semicircular arc shaped first and second covers fixed to the upper part of the driving part(80), and a plurality of circular brushes(41) and suction fans drivingly connected to the driving part(80).
