PURPOSE: An air-inlet structure of a heater for a bus is provided to omit a return cover installed protrusively from a lower side of a seat. CONSTITUTION: A step cover between a floor plate(2) forming a central aisle and a mounting plate(3) installed on both ends of the floor plate, divided into an upper step cover(6a) and a lower step cover(6b). The lower step cover is vertically installed on the floor plate. The upper step cover is vertically installed on the mounting plate. An inlet(22) of an air-inlet duct(20) with an outlet(26) connected with an air-inlet part(12) of a heater unit is placed toward the upper step cover and the lower step cover so that the inlet of the air-inlet duct is connected with a cover inlet(7) formed with a lower end of the upper step cover and an upper end of the lower step cover.
