PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic information delivery system capable of safely transmitting electronic information in transaction of electronic information, and allowing a buyer to perform a payment after confirming the receipt of an intended commodity. SOLUTION: A server machine 10 of a sender 1 equipped with an electronic tally generation means divides the electronic information into first tally information and second tally information, transmits the first tally information to the center machine 30 of a relay institute 3 through a first communication line to store it in the storage device thereof, and also transmits the second tally information to the client machine 20 of a receiver 2 through a second communication line. The center machine 30 transmits the first tally information according to the request from the client machine 20. The client machine 20 equipped with an electronic tally integrating means, receives the second tally information, takes the first tally information from the center machine 30 when using the electronic information, and restores the original electronic information by integrating it to the second tally information with the electronic tally integrating means. |
