PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vicarious fee collecting system, vicarious collecting server, a shop server, a mobile terminal and a telecommunication network providing a variety of fee payment methods. SOLUTION: In an Internet transaction, when the shop server 120 is accessed and a commodity is ordered from a mobile telephone 130 by an operation of a user, the vicarious collecting server 110 vicariously charges a fee to a contractor of the mobile telephone 130 in place of an Internet shop opening a shopping site on the shop server 120. |
