PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device, a process cartridge and an image forming device capable of accurately detecting toner residual amount. SOLUTION: As for the typical constitution of the developing device, the process cartridge and the image forming device, the developing device 4 has a toner container 41 for storing developing material, a stirring member 71 constituted of a shaft member 71a and a PET sheet 71b and stirring and carrying the developing material in the container 41, and is provided with at least a pair of incident light transmission window 73 and emitted light transmission window 74 for detecting the residual amount of the light transmission type developing material by utilizing the rotation of the member 71 on the container 41. In the device 4, the rotational diameter is made small only at a part equivalent to the window 73 in a shaft direction on the shaft member 71a of the member 71. |
