PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the reliability of a magnetic disk medium having a carbon protective film, and to provide the magnetic disk medium preventing the generation of flocculation after coating a lubricative film. SOLUTION: A lubricative film including the chemical formulas (1) and (2) is applied on the protective film having the main component of carbon. The concentration of N3 P3 (O-C6 H4 -CH3 )X (where X=1-5) on the surface of the lubricative film is measured to specify the concentration at a prescribe value. |
