PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate with an electromagnetic wave shielding film having balanced advantages, such as superior electromagnetic shielding performance of a sheet resistant value of 1.2 Ω/cm<2> or smaller, easily viewable image display based on a visible light transmission of 60% or larger and a low degree of reflection, and superior humidity resistance at low cost. SOLUTION: The surface of a transparent substrate is coated with a transparent conductive film made up of a first dielectric layer with a film thickness of 35 to 63 nm, a first silver layer with a film thickness of 18 to 28 nm, a second dielectric layer with film thickness of 70 to 100 nm, a second silver layer with a film thickness of 20 to 30 nm, a third dielectric layer with a film thickness of 70 to 105 nm, a third silver layer with a film thickness of 18 to 29 nm, and a fourth dielectric layer. Each is arranged sequentially from the side of the substrate. At this time, the resistance value (sheet resistance) on the surface of the film is 1.2 Ω/cm<2> or smaller, and the visible light transmission of 60% or larger. |
