SPEAKER WITH WATER-REPELLANT NET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker with a water-repellant net, which has high productivity. SOLUTION: In the speaker with a water-repellant net provided with a magnetic circuit 4 supported by a frame 6 and a diaphragm 7 coupled with a voice coil 8 in a magnetic gap 10 of the magnetic circuit 4 and with an outer circumferential part of the frame 6 and in which the water-repellant net 12 is mounted to prevent intrusion of water externally to the magnetic circuit 10 and the diaphragm 7, water-repellant treatment by a fluororesin is applied to the water- repellant net 12, surface modification for adhesion is applied to a mount face for the frame 6 being a mounted member, and the net 12 is coupled with the frame 6 with an adhesive 14 on the mount face. The water-repellant net 12 has sufficient water-repellant performance and improved adhesion to the mount face. Thus, the water-repellant net 12 can be provided at a desired position with high assembly productivity.
