PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equivalent inductor circuit without a negative resistance component in the impedance even when an input signal is in a high frequency region. SOLUTION: The equivalent inductor circuit has a capacitor C1, a gyrator constituted by a plurality of operational transconductance amplifiers 1 and 2 having the capacitor C1 as a load, and a resistor R1 for suppressing a negative resistance component in the impedance within a used frequency band and being connected in series to the capacitor C1.
