PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna in which an occupying area can be reduced by suppressing the influence of a phase shifter to the antenna characteristics of an antenna body in the antenna having the phase shifter. SOLUTION: The antenna 20 provided in an ERP on-vehicle unit 1 comprises the phase shifter 23 formed in a substantially V shape flat plate-like state along the shape near the rectangular corner of the antenna body 21. In this antenna 20, the phase shifter 23 and the body 21 are disposed on the same RF substrate 11 so that the vertex inside the substantially V shape of the phase shifter 23 is opposed to the rectangular corner of the body 21. Since a wasteful space is not formed between the phase shifter 23 and the body 21 in the antenna 20 having the phase shifter 23, the substantial occupying area of the body 21 and the phase shifter 23 can be reduced, and the antenna 20 can be reduced in size.
