PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that consumption power is large and efficiency is low in the conventional feed-forward type distortion compensation circuit. SOLUTION: This parallel power distribution synthesizing amplifier is provided with a power distributor 2 which distributes an input signal to a plurality of signals, a plurality of power amplifiers 3, 4 for amplifying the signals distributed by the power distributor 2 respectively, a power synthesizer 5 for synthesizing the signals amplified by the plural power amplifiers 3, 4 respectively, a distortion extracting means 7 for extracting distortion component due to amplification from the power amplifier 3, a distortion reduced signal producing means 8 which adjusts the amplitude of a distortion signal extracted by the distortion extracting means 7 and produces a distortion reduced signal by adjusting a phase to a reverse phase, and a distortion reduced signal inserting means 9 for inserting the distortion reduced signal into a signal path between the power amplifier 4 and the power distributor 2.
