PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a laminated ceramic electronic parts wherein productivity in a laminating process can be improved, occurrence of a brake or a wrinkle of a ceramic green sheet can be prevented, the thickness of the ceramic green sheet can be uniformly formed and no pinhole is caused in the ceramic green sheet. SOLUTION: An internal electrode 104 is formed on a dielectric ceramic green sheet 102 on a carrier film 100. Another dielectric ceramic green sheet 102' is formed on another carrier film 100'. And, another dielectric ceramic green sheet 102' is thermally attached by pressure on the dielectric ceramic sheet 102. Thereafter, another carrier film 100' is separated from another dielectric green sheet 102'.
