PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low type coil which constitutes a press fitting fixed portion 120 of terminals 4 as a different member from a lower side flange portion 12 of a bobbin 1 and position-fixes this at a side portion of the coil. SOLUTION: The short body type coil is provided with an upper side flange portion 11, the lower side flange portion 12, a central cylindrical portion 13 coupling both of the flange portions, and a plate-shaped press fitting fixed portion 120 supporting the terminals 4 connected to side portions of the upper side flange portion 11 and the lower side flange portion 12. The plate-shaped press fitting fixed portion 120 is connected to the side portion of the upper side flange portion 11 through a hinge portion 5, the terminals 4 are supported by press fitting by arranging fitting holes 121 of the terminals 4 at lower end portions facing the hinge portion 5 of the plate-shaped press fitting fixed portion 120, a winding 3 is formed by winding a copper wire on the central cylindrical portion 13 and a lower end portion of the plate-shaped press fitting fixed portion 120 is bonded to the side portion of the lower side flange portion 12.
