PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a conventional address information distribution method that has trouble to inform people utilizing address information about revision of the address information by means of a phone call or E-mail or the like and has opened the address information to people to whom the possessor of the address information wants no disclosure of the address information although trouble of notice to each of concerned people can be avoided when the address information is open to public. SOLUTION: Address information is collected from each address book utilized by members in a group and stored in each address book repository. When address information of a member is subject to change, users utilizing the address information of the member are searched from each address book repository and the revised address information is distributed only to the users.
