PURPOSE: Provided is an automatic device of salting vegetables, thereby salting a great amount of vegetables evenly and rapidly, and consequently continuously producing kimchi. CONSTITUTION: An automatic device of salting vegetables is characterized by comprising a salting tank which contains saline water; a vegetable conveyer(3) installed on the upper part of the inside of the salting tank; an elevating unit of the conveyer(4); a blower and a circulating pump of water which are installed on the bottom of the salting tank; a heating unit installed on the bottom of the salting tank; and a discharging conveyer(8) automatically discharging salted vegetables. |
