FREELY TRANSFORMABLE NEURON PROBE ARRAY AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A freely transformable neuron probe array and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to simplify a structure of the neuron probe array and improve the yield. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of horizontal electrode lines(1) and a plurality of vertical electrode probes(2) are provided in a soft film. Right ends of the horizontal electrode lines are combining pads(3) to be connected with external equipment. Lower end parts of the vertical electrode probes include electrode sites(4). The horizontal electrode lines and the vertical electrode probes are connected with each other, so that the electrode sites and the combining pads correspond to each other. In the horizontal electrode lines, parts connected to the vertical electrode probes are wound in predetermined shapes to form a three-dimensional neuron probe array.
