PURPOSE: A working machine is provided to reduce space for installation and arrangement of an operating unit and improve speed change operation performance. CONSTITUTION: A working machine has a traveling device(1) and a traveling unit body(2) with an engine(44) and an operating part(6). The shifting structure of the working machine comprises a first transmission comprising a powered continuously variable transmission for changing power from the engine and a second transmission for changing power after speed change of the first transmission and transmitting the power to the traveling device, for power to move the traveling unit body. A single operating unit is installed to the operating part, to enable operation of the first transmission and operation of the second transmission.
