PURPOSE: An apparatus for drying the surface of organic matter covered strip is provided to suppress formation of drying defective marks generated during the process of drying the surface of the organic matter covered strip and dry the surface of the organic matter covered strip uniformly. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises an oven main body (21) on one side surface of which an upper unit inert hole (22a) and a lower unit insert hole (22b) are respectively formed, and through the central part of which a strip (7) longitudinally passes; a coil heater unit (24) comprising an upper coil heater unit (24a) and a lower coil heater unit (24b) removably inserted into the upper unit inert hole (22a) and the lower unit insert hole (22b) respectively to diffuse heat toward the strip (7); and a connection part body (26) through which a unit electric wire connection part for connecting the upper coil heater unit (24a) and the lower coil heater unit (24b) to an electric wire (30) passes; a pair or more of terminal part bodies (29) longitudinally adhered to the connection part body (26); an insulating insulator fixed to the surface of the terminal part bodies (29); and a coil (27) connected to the unit electric wire connection part in such a shape that the coil (27) encircles the circumference of the insulating insulator to emit heat during power supply.
