APPARATUS FOR MULTIMEDIA DATA TRANSFER IN MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: An apparatus for multimedia data transfer in mobile communication system is provided to performe packet retransfer efficiently and stably by generating a rule for transfer unit retransfer of HARQ using MQC. CONSTITUTION: A radio link protocol layer(210) receives data information having plural different service qualities and divides the data information in size according to each service quality. A multiplexing layer multiplexes the divided data information from the radio link protocol layer and outputs the multiplexed data information by a transfer unit. A quality control channel receives the multiplexed data information and outputs transfer unit blocks determined by the service qualities by punching and repeating information added according to the service qualities with respect to the multiplexed data information.
