PURPOSE: A method for controlling a digital audio station is provided to conveniently reproduce audio data by removing frequent reinput processes of a program according to exchange of disks. CONSTITUTION: It is judged whether a first mode reproducing signal by a manual operation of a user is generated or a second mode reproducing signal by a programming defining a specific execution mode and execution list is generated. According to mode conversion, header information of audio data inserted or stored into a sound player is read to judge whether the audio data are changed(S285). In the case of a mode executing an audio data list in a specific execution mode, a database is updated with the changed audio data list based on execution time and execution mode(S286-S287). In the case of a mode executing by audio data extensions, the database is updated by audio data extensions based on execution time and execution mode. Audio data are reproduced in order of being programmed by lists or extensions.
