PURPOSE: A communicative navigation system using DSRC(Dedicated Short Range Communication) and a method thereof are provided to obtain the real-time information about a route to a destination by using the information of a DSRC infrastructure. CONSTITUTION: A terminal is installed at the inside of a vehicle(100) in order to indicate a route to a destination and road information of corresponding regions with voices and images. The vehicle(100) is used for transmitting the present position information and the destination information to an information center(200) and the present speed information to the DSRC infrastructure(300). The information center(200) searches and guides the route of the destination according to a request received from the terminal installed at the inside of the vehicle(100). The DSRC infrastructure(300) is installed at important positions of roads. The DSRC infrastructure(300) is used for reporting the road information of the corresponding region to the vehicle(100).
