PURPOSE: A method for automatically storing and loading user work data being produced in a wireless communication terminal is provided to automatically store the user work data which is being produced upon interrupt generation, and to automatically restore the user work data and load the data on a screen for continuous work upon interrupt release. CONSTITUTION: Whether an interrupt is generated while user work data are produced is decided(201,202). If so, the user work data are immediately stored in an NV(non Volatile) memory of a terminal(203). A type of the interrupt is analyzed(204). If the interrupt is for another function of the terminal, the function is provided(205). Whether the provision of the function is ended is decided(206). If so, the corresponding user work data are loaded from the NV memory on an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) of the terminal(211). If the interrupt is for a call to the terminal in the step 204, the call is progressed(207). Whether the call is ended is decided(208). If so, the step 211 is progressed. If the interrupt is for power-off in the step 204, a power-on/off state is checked(209). If the power is on again, whether the user work data are stored in the NV memory is decided(210). If so, the step 211 is progressed. And a screen for the user work data is automatically restored to progress the user work continuously(212).
