PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for enhancing frequency characteristics without impairing assembling workability in an optical receiving module. SOLUTION: Resistors and impedances are connected with either one or both of the anode side or the cathode side of a light receiving element on a carrier, on a substrate or in a preamplifier circuit. In addition, a bypass capacitor for a bias power source for the light receiving element is connected with the ground side directly or via serial resistors and impedances.
