PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disc drive that can improve the data quality, especially the sound quality of the audio data by preventing noise on the light reflected by the optical disc. SOLUTION: The optical disc drive 30 has a laser diode 12 to radiate a laser beam to the optical disc, an optical detector 13 to detect the light reflected on the optical disc 10 both housed inside a case 31 to record and reproduce the data on an optical disc 10. It is also provided with a light emitting means 24 that can radiate the light in a color different from the laser beam of the laser diode 12. |
