PURPOSE: A reinforcing structure of a side sill of a vehicle is provided to improve side rigidity of the vehicle by welding a reinforcing panel to a lower end of an extension inner side sill and an inner side sill. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing structure of a side sill of a vehicle has first and second reinforcing panels(110,120). An inner side sill and an outer side sill(3) are welded to a side of a floor panel(1). An extension inner side sill(5) is welded between the inner side seal and the floor panel. An outer side panel(6) is welded to an outer surface of the outer side sill. A side sill molding(8) is fixed to the outer surface of the outer side sill with a fixing pin(9). The first reinforcing panel is welded to a lower end of the extension side sill and the inner side sill. The second reinforcing panel is welded doubly to an upper surface of the first reinforcing panel and an outer surface of the inner side sill. Therefore, rigidity of all side sills is improved. Shock is absorbed by double welding in broadside collision.
