SOLUTION: The information management center 20 comprises an information management part 22 for making the user select a desired piece of purchase information from the purchase information accumulated in the center 20, and reporting the selected purchase information, on the basis of a store identifier for identifying the store included in the selected purchase information, to the store terminal 30 corresponding to the store identifier. The store terminal 30 comprises the store terminal 34 for making the manager of the store confirm the use of the purchase information in the store by the user when the purchase information reported from the information management part 22 is used by the user in the store. |
