SOLUTION: An installation type electronic draft registration client enters a temporary registration request from an input device, transmits it to an electric draft registration server through a communication network, receives a temporary registration acceptance processing result from the electronic draft registration server, and outputs the temporary registration acceptance processing result. A portable electronic bill registration client enters a formal registration approving will, transmits it to the electronic draft registration server, receives a formal registration approving will acceptance processing result, and outputs the formal registration approving will acceptance processing result. The installation type electronic draft client enters a formal registration request, transmits it to the electronic draft registration server, receives a formal registration acceptance processing result, and outputs the formal registration acceptance processing result. |
