PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably supply load with electric power generated by a thermal power generating element. SOLUTION: Turning on and off a switching element FET1 of a first boosting circuit 36 induces a voltage in a coil L2. The electric power, generated by a thermocouple 35, is boosted by the first boosting circuit 36 to make conducting of a winding 38a of a motor 38. In this boosting, a controller 31 adjust the boosting efficiency by controlling the switching frequency and duty ratio of the switching element FET1 of the first boosting circuit 36 according to the required electric power of the motor 38.
