PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the motor torque of a DD motor (spindle motor). SOLUTION: The gap (G) between a main frame (13A, 400A) and a permanent magnet is set such that the rotor is prevented from falling gravitationally by magnetic attraction of a permanent magnet (315) even when the rotor (310) is set reversely to the stator (320).
