PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wide band differential amplifier circuit which can ensure largely an input and output signal level without changing a power source voltage. SOLUTION: This wide band differential amplifier circuit is constituted of a voltage current converting circuit 1 which is arranged in a pre-stage and amplifies an input signal Vin and outputs a current signal, a current voltage converting circuit 2 which is arranged in a post-stage and amplifies the current signal outputted from the voltage current converting circuit and outputs a voltage signal Vout, a first load impedance circuit 3 which is connected between an output of the voltage current converting circuit 1 and a power source voltage VREF2, a voltage level shift circuit 4 which is connected between the output of the voltage current converting circuit 1 and an input of the current voltage converting circuit 2, and a second load impedance circuit 5 which is connected between an input of the voltage level shift circuit 4 and an output of the current voltage converting circuit 2 and converts a current of the voltage current converting circuit 1 to a voltage.
