PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory system with clusters which enables a plurality of the memory systems to operate as one unit of the memory system and whose the access efficiency is improved. SOLUTION: A memory system with clusters which enables a plurality of memory system nodes to operate as one unit of the memory system acquires access data. The access data is acquired by the combination of logical volumes which is the management unit for a host computer and the data. The acquired data is displayed to a user via a maintenance terminal. The user refers to the access data, finds the combination of the logical volume and the host computer that frequently accesses, reads, and hits the data, and informs the said combination as an attribute to the memory system with clusters from the maintenance terminal. The memory system with clusters selects a cache memory device of the memory system nodes or uses the plurality of the cache memory devices based on the attributes.
