PURPOSE: A method of temporarily displaying telephone numbers of originators is provided to store telephone numbers of many originators requesting a call while talking over the phone in an EEPROM, and to display and delete the telephone numbers one to one, and then to display the busy telephone numbers again. CONSTITUTION: A controller understands a position of a mobile communication terminal according to the first call request of the first originator(S10). If a PI(Presentation Indicator) is '0', the controller stores a telephone number of the first originator in an EEPROM, and displays the telephone number on a screen(S20,S30). If a new call is requested from the second originator and the PI is '0', while a receiver is connected to the first originator in the state of the telephone number being displayed, the controller stores the telephone number of the second originator in the EEPROM(S40,S45,S50). The telephone number of the second originator deletes the telephone number of the first originator, and this information of substitution is displayed to drive a timer(S60,S70). After a predetermined time period, the timer stops, and the displayed telephone number of the second originator is deleted. After then, the telephone number of the first originator is displayed again(S80,S90).
