PURPOSE: A system for integrally managing a prepaid card account is provided to enable many international prepaid card resale businessmen to execute an independent prepaid card business through an additional web site using one PCCP(Prepaid Calling Card Platform). CONSTITUTION: A PIN(Personal Identification Number) database(40) stores and manages a PIN and left money information of a prepaid card. A prepaid telephone card platform(50) is connected to a telephone network and interlocked with the PIN database(40). If a user receives a prepaid card number inputted through a telephone network for a telephone call, the prepaid telephone card platform(50) subtracts a communication charge from an account corresponded to the card number. A web server(60) is communicated with the prepaid telephone card platform(50). The web server(60) includes many module sets(61,62,63) having a purchase module, an inquiry module, and a charge module. The module sets(61,62,63) are supplied to many web sites. If each user requests a purchase, an inquiry, and a charge of a prepaid card through the module sets(61,62,63) of a web site, the web server(60) transmits a corresponding signal to the prepaid telephone card platform(50). The prepaid telephone card platform(50) creates an account in the PIN database(40), inquires the balance, or increases the account in accordance with a signal being transmitted from each module set(61,62,63) of the web server(60). An execution result is transmitted to a corresponding module set of the web server(60), and the prepaid telephone card platform(50) generally manages account change details of the prepaid card.
