PURPOSE: A method for preparing a hair root plate of a wig is provided which prevents the mesh structure of a hair root plate from disentangling or does not generate the skin stimulation by the ends of threads, thereby providing a wig which has the good durability and feels good in wearing. CONSTITUTION: In forming the hair root plate(1) of a mesh structure by threads consisting of the hair root plate(1), the method for preparing the hair root plate of a wig is characterized by forming an entangling part(11) by entangling thread ends consisting of a part of the hair root plate lines(3) having a mesh structure or separate threads to the lines(3) of the mesh structure complicatedly and so the ends of the threads are located in the mesh structure, applying the ultrasonic to the whole mesh structure to fuse the ends of threads and the entangling parts(11) to the mesh structure, and then coating the whole mesh structure with a thermoplastic resin.
