PREPARATION METHOD OF IMMUNOFACTOR ABSORBER GRAFTED LEUKEMIA REMOVING FILTER AND FILTER OBTAINED THEREFROM

PURPOSE: A preparation method of a leukemia removing filter is provided to graft the immunofactor absorbers to a general polymer film using the inductively coupling plasma chemical vapor deposition and the ultraviolet radiation. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of the leukemia removing filter comprises steps of preparing a polymer film having a thickness of 25 to 40 micrometers and a density of 0.905 to 0.950 g/cm¬3 of one of polypropylene, polyethylene or polyester materials; treating the polymer film using acetone and methanol for 44 to 52 hours by the soxhlet method; vacuum drying the polymer film recrystallized by methanol and then treating using benzophenone for 44 to 52 hours by the soxhlet method; positioning the polymer film in a plasma reactor, then irradiating the oxygen and argon plasma to the both sides of the polymer film for 25 to 35 seconds with the electric power of 25 to 35 watts using a radio frequency generator of 12 to 15 MHz in a state maintaining a high vacuum; immersing the polymer film treated with the plasma in a spectrophotometric grade cyclohexane grafting solution in which a desired amount of vitamin K1 or urushiol is dissolved, then removing a dissolved oxygen in the reaction solution maximally under the nitrogen airstream, irradiating an ultraviolet radiation to the grafting solution, with the provision that the grafting reaction is carried out until the amount of vitamin K or urushiol becomes 0.1 to 0.6 vol.%; removing vitamin K1 or urushiol-grafted polymer film out of the grafting solution, washing with acetone and methanol, and then treating for 44 to 52 hours by the soxhlet method to remove the unreacted material adhered on the surface; and drying the polymer film under the vacuum until a constant weight is maintained.
