PURPOSE: An operating oil pressure generating apparatus of a brake with driving force of a vehicle is provided to improve braking function by generating pressure for operating oil of the brake with rotation of a wheel. CONSTITUTION: An operating oil pressure generating apparatus of a brake with driving force of a vehicle comprises a driving device(10); a pressure generating device(20); a brake system(30) and a control device(40). The driving device receives rotational force from a shaft. The shaft rotates a wheel(W) by receiving rotational force of an engine and a transmission. The pressure generating device generates working pressure of the brake by pressurizing oil with the driving device. The brake system is operated by using oil pressure from the pressure generating device. The control device controls a passage for oil pressure by a program. The program is operated by the brake system. Thereby, the brake is available all the time regardless of an operation of the engine.
