PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rain vizor which can prevent any danger in riding a bicycle one-handed to realize the safe ride, and can be easily developed/ accommodated without holding an umbrella in hand when riding a bicycle when it is raining. SOLUTION: An elastic, thin and transparent plastic seat 2 is fixed in the longitudinal direction of a bicycle to easily form an arch-like rain vizor which is used when it is raining. In addition, the plastic sheet can be wound and accommodation in a compact manner by a winding unit 3 provided on an end of the plastic sheet 2 when it is fine.
